Gone are the days when rosé was merely a summertime wine. While it’s the perfect pool parties, picnic and beach-day wine, it’s time to plot out your year-round rosé enjoyment. Ranging from light bodied to fuller and more unctuous, the variety alone offers enough reason to pop a bottle any day—even on a cold day. This list features a mix of complex and easy-drinking rosés that come in at $20 and under. Thank me in January when you’ve had more than enough Cabernet and long for something, bright, fruity and that won’t stain your teeth purple. – Jonathan Cristaldi
