What the **** are you doing? Don't ask for a condiment that doesn't belong to the cuisine. [MUSIC] Cooking Italian food one of the dishes that we do is Pesce Crudo. Raw fish, little hit of acid. Some nice olive oil. Something that's going to compliment the fish in a way that evokes a feeling of Italian food. Then you get somebody that orders it, and they go, oh, I have sashimi all the time so I want wasabi and soy sauce with my raw fish. Now you're talking about a different cuisine. This is an Italian restaurant. Why would I have soy and wasabi? We don't want to compromise what we've told you that we're doing. When you go to a restaurant you have to be willing to open yourself up to the experience that's offered to you. Live on the edge. Try something new. [MUSIC]
