[MUSIC] My name is Linda and I'm from Stoughton, Massachusetts and I'm presently a fitness trainer. Today I'm cooking a Asian green bean salad. It's a cold salad and the star is the green beans, there's also some linguine. [INAUDIBLE] As well as red peppers and celery and scallions. And, the dressing is got a lot of garlic and ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar and toasted sesame oil with nice red hot peppers. I used to be in advertising, I was in advertising For 30 years. I had my own business for 20, and then I decided to be a fitness trainer. When I had my career change, I worked very strange hours and I wanted to have something at home when I came home at night that would be edible and delicious. So I started creating lots of different salads or casseroles. And this was my favorite. I was in the mood for the Asian flavors. And I went to the market and picked up a bunch of things and started playing. And Eventually I came up with this one which I think is a winner. [BLANK_AUDIO]
