A quick look at this week's episode of Top Chef Season 15.
One hour. [MUSIC] Anybody got space in the oven I can share? Are you serious? [MUSIC] I'm feeling a little stressed on time, but I'm hoping it'll work out. I had to change my plan because all the ovens are being used. Can't make bread in the oven so I'mma do like a pita kind of thing. In the pizza oven. One of the things that im confident in is how adaptable I am. I lived in such remote enviroment you can have an entire field of cabbages that a Mousse can come through and eat. Having to get creative is something that I'm very familiar with. So many steps. Behind. Can you turn on that big pot of water right there for me. Heard. [SOUND] Chef Bruce how are you doing. Alright. Want me to help. Yep. Hell Yeah I need some help right now. Can you [SOUND] I need to go to bed, can you get a bowl and liquid nitrogen and [BLEEP] for me right now. For sure. So I finished a little bit early and I notied Chef Bruc is in the [BLEEP] I admire him and I want to help him out. [MUSIC] 4 minutes and 50 seconds. Ugh. [MUSIC] If I were in the weeds and I was running out of time, I would cut down my prep. Instead of having someone else do my work for me. Makes you look like a bleep sack.
