Hey chefs. How's it going chefs? Hey. After the prep, Paul and I go see Tom and Emeril to taste some Turlado wines to pair with our dishes. Do you have much experience with pairing? I like to drink [laughs]. I have less experience than her. The Chardonnay, it's buttery, but it's not heavily oaked So food will come through a little better, it's good to pair with food. This is a really unique experience to sit in the same room with Tom and Emeril and have Tom pour the wine. And then two cabs, barrel select a more bordeaux style. I think I'm gonna go with the chardonnay. Yeah. I think I'm gonna go with one of the cabs. Any advice for both of us tomorrow? I would definitely take a snapshot of Restaurant wars. Absolutely.
