I'm thinking a chilled gazpacho. Chilled? Yes. I'm trying to figure out how we're gonna get that **** cold enough. In this amount of time. I am half Chinese, half Norwegian German. I've traveled to very different places around the world. I've been to Russia. I've done Ethiopian dinners, so I've had a lot of experiences working with different products, and I think that'll help me to win the Top Chef coat. [MUSIC] Little stock here? Yeah, I'm making a little corn stock. I'm gonna do a little mussel and coconut corn soup. Who's rooting for you at home? My wife. She's actually expecting in three weeks. So you realize that if you move on, what that means? Yes, absolutely. She supports me. These are tremendous sacrifices that I'm making to compete on Top Chef.
