Fresh strawberries, this is the season for strawberries. I'm also gonna use some canned lychees. They come pitted. They're super easy. I'm gonna slice them up a little bit and I'm gonna put them in my shaker. Some fresh lemon juice, none of that plastic lemon juice lemon. All right, I'm muddling my lychees, my lemon juice, and these fresh strawberries. And then I've got some ice Cool it down. And then I've got some lemon vodka, this is Grey Goose Citron. I'm gonna free pour it because it's the last seminar of the day. [LAUGH] Okay. And some orange liquor, a little Grand Mariner. We'll use a little less of that, that looks strong. And then I'm gonna shake it out, this is the easy part. Except you want to make sure that it's sealed. [LAUGH] [SOUND] Drain it. See how beautiful that is? That's from the fresh strawberries. Yea the neat thing is when you muddle it you can't get that thick puree which is kind of hard to get down. When the cocktail is nice and thin like this you can shoot them down pretty quickly so you can have many, multiple. [LAUGH] Here Tom. Cheers. Awesome. [APPLAUSE] Mm, I took your slice.
