The first time I knew I was gonna be a chef one day I think was when we went to Epcot Center. I was nine years old and we went and we were walking around the world you can go eat at all the different countries. And we went to France for lunch, well fake France. And we had crepes that had ham inside a little bit of a mushroom sort of bechamel sauce. I didn't know what a bechamel was at the time of course. When we got back home, I used some cookbooks and figured out how to make [UNKNOWN] and recreated the dish, and my parents were like, what the. I think from that moment on, my mom always had me in the kitchen cooking with her and that was the beginning.
