Cooking is being a part of my life. And I started cooking for my brothers, sisters, in the house. I remember when it was my turn to cook at home. I would make my menu, Monday through Friday. I would tell people, I would tell my My family was going to cook that whole week. Monday this dish, Tuesday when is it, Thursday. And I didn't know until that point I didn't know I wanted to be a chef. I just liked it. I really really liked it.
