One of the most simple ways to cook ribs is to get a rack of baby back ribs, take a piece of aluminum foil. Lay the aluminum foil down, lay the ribs on top of the aluminum foil, season it with a little bit of salt, throw some whole garlic cloves and maybe some sliced onion. Wrap it up, throw it in the oven. Keep it low, like 250, 275. Cook it for about four, four and a half hours, pull it out, cool it or just eat it.
