[BLANK_AUDIO] The vegetable that I would never put in the refrigerator and I think the mistake that most people make is by putting tomatoes in the refrigerator. But I think even more so than refrigerating them, I think the secret to a great tomato is time. And most tomatoes are bought and eaten too soon. So that the best thing to do is get tomato. Stay ahead of the tomatoes. Buy them, keep them out on your window sill, give them three or four days even a regular store bought tomato will be much better with that two or three days to ripen. So I think that is the biggest mistake. Refrigerating a tomato is definitely a no no. And we always like to buy grape tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, But even a regular store bought tomato, three or four days out on your window sill, you're good to go.
