So at Athos Restaurant, we kinda take Greek food and twist it up a little bit, revisiting it in a way that's bringing it up to the whole level. One of the big things that we do there is our famous Greek salad. Right now, it's just about vegetables. All about the farms, all about getting vegetables, doing them in different ways, putting them together with a great red wine vinaigrette and that classic feta cheese, and just presenting it in a way that's gonna take you on a trip to Greece.
