I actually like the deep frying process of the turkey. I know it's greasy and it's not the right thing to do, but the flavor. It takes about fifty minutes and that's pretty quick. You get a juicy, succulent turkey, and the next day When you can do the leftovers, you can pull a sandwich on that. That's my favorite.
