What if I told you I can make you love grilled cheese even more than you already do? Well, I can, thanks to my friend Gelsiman's giant pull apart grilled cheese. [MUSIC] The first thing I've done is I've put two large baking sheets in the over to preheat, because I want them nice and hot. I have these delicious dinner rolls. These are the kind you just buy in the store. All you're gonna do is take a large serrated knife and you're gonna split them right down the middle. I want to arrange these on the cutting board, so that the tops and bottoms are all facing up. What we're gonna do is brush them all over with melted butter. Okay, time for the baking sheets. You want to put the bottoms right on to the baking sheet. You might hear a little sizzle when you do. And then layer on your cheese. So I'm using American cheese. I happen to be a little partial to it. But you can use whatever sliced cheese that you want. And then close your sandwiches. Now here comes the fun part. You get to smash the sandwich so just take your second baking sheet and put it right on top. Press it down firm but gently. And I'm going to go ahead and pop this in a 400 degree oven for about 12 to 15 minutes. Here we go. Let's take off the top. My gosh, check this out. It's crusty on the outside. Clearly, it's cheesy and gooey. There we go. Check out this oozing, pull-apart grilled cheese. If you put this out at a party, I guarantee you you'll be a hero. [MUSIC] I mean, it's delicious. [LAUGH]
