When a wine is on sale it can mean anything but you need to be going to places where you trust the individuals that are selling the product if you go to a barber and they cut your hair exactly the opposite of everything time you go in there then you don't want to go back. You want to go some place consistently where they are listening to you and they begin to. Pick out wines that are to your taste and I shouldn't have to be a tailor to get my suit altered. So if I keep going back to a wine shop and they don't really find the wines that I like, I keep moving on. So I think the whole idea is to find people that you trust. Sales don't mean anything generally other than they're marking down the price and they're trying to move it. But some people like to pass on sales to their guests, good value to their guest. And some people are trying to take advantage.
