Let me show you a couple different things today. Obviously, turkey is an important ingredient when it comes to the holidays. And so I'm gonna show you how to make a Tandoori style or a Tandoori flavored turkey breast. And we're gonna start with a couple of ingredients. We're gonna use a little bit onions and garlic to start. And the onions and the garlic do not need to be You know, finely diced. It can be coarsely chopped cause it's just a marinade. So it's not gonna really matter. And then take some of that curry powder you have in your cupboard. You know, good quality curry powder. A little bit of fresh cilantro. And this is really quick, easy marinade. And since we're using real food, we're gonna use some Hellman's Real Mayonnaise. Okay, which is eggs, oil and vinegar and a little bit of lime juice. Some fresh lime juice and some salt and pepper. And we're just going to stir this up and basically you want to take this marinade and put it over your turkey breast for about two hours, so the flavors really seep in there. And then you put it in the oven and you roast for about an hour and 20 minutes. And when it comes out of the oven, you want to make sure that you let the turkey rest for about 20 minutes so the juices stay intact. Then you can slice it and then present it on a platter and serve it family style. It's a great way. This can be Thanksgiving or it can just be sort of like a Sunday night dinner, so to speak.
