Scallops! Scallops are one of my favorite foods to eat. They're actually my favorite to cook because they're easy too. Scallops like this, these U/10s. They're really amazing. They're also really expensive, so I hate when people overcook them. It's a shame. The nice news is that they're really easy to cook perfectly every time. All you have to do is you get an ice wicked hot pan, good amount of oil. Take the top of the scallop flat part here you'll see there's a round side and a flat side. Take that nice flat side, sear it down. Two minutes, don't touch it. Two minutes. Leave it alone it's gonna be nice and golden. One minute on the other side Done. Perfect scallop every time.
