Best island for food in the Caribbean hands down, Jamaica. If I had to have one meal there, it would be at Scotchies in just outside of Ocho Rios. And the thing about Scotchies is that it's the last true jerk shack that's doing it the old fashioned way on whole eight foot logs of pimenton. Slow roasting the meat they put a metal cover from an old corrugated rooftop on to get that circular heating going on it and that wonderful island sauce it's out a control.
