Wyebrook Farm is located fewer than 50 miles from Philadelphia's Center City. Owner and farmer Dean Carlson raises grass-fed beef, pastured poultry and heritage breed pork. Here, Carlson carries half an Ossabaw Island hog carcass to the kitchen for butchering. Later, the meat will be served at the on-site café or delivered to restaurants and markets in Philadelphia.
