Dunkable, chocolate-y Oreos are a classic. Everyone knows them, and everyone loves them. The iconic brand has been expanding its repertoire lately with specialty flavors—some of them pretty outside the box. When Oreo Thins launched, the world collectively gasped, as Double Stuffed have always been a universal favorite. And now, the news that's rocking the cookie world is that Oreo is launching six (yes, six!) unexpected new flavors. We have the inside scoop.

Oreo announced the six new varieties at the Sweets and Snacks Expo Chicago this year, and even though they aren’t all released yet and we don’t know when they will be, we have a sneak peak thanks to Instagrammer and snack food lover @JunkBanter.

We already broke the news about the new Strawberry Shortcake flavor back in May. Without further ado, here are the other additions to the Oreo family:

Pistachio Oreo Thins: Even though pistachio isn’t a flavor most people would think of when they think of dessert, it is a favorite of many. Pistachio gelato and French macarons are both quite delicious, and anything paired with chocolate is amazing, so we're betting on this one as an underdog winner.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Oreos: This has been a long-rumored possible Oreo, so fans will be super happy it's finally here. A graham-flavored cookie with chocolate AND peanut butter cream, this is right up any Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup fan’s alley.

Peppermint Bark Oreos: An upgrade on the Mint Oreos, this holiday-themed flavor will be amped up with crunchy sugar crystals in the cream. We think this will be a hot commodity come the end of the year.

Rocky Road Trip Oreos: Fear not, people with nut allergies! Rocky Road Trip Oreos have the signature dark chocolate you think of in the cream, marshmallow bits inside, and soy nut pieces instead of the usual almonds, making them a nut-free summer delight.

Mickey Mouse Oreos: Last but not least, a familiar face joins the Oreo family. Check out that vintage look! These special Oreos have three different designs inside the package, all on delicious Birthday Cake Oreos.

Looking for fun ways to use up some Oreos? We've got some really tasty ideas, like these too-good-to-be-true Cookies and Cream Crispy Treats or these (also no-bake!) bars. For something more chocolatey, drop everything for these Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Brownies.
