As Marilyn Monroe reminded us once, some like it hot. And for those of us who like our cookware as spicy as our food, Le Creuset's latest colorway is something to get excited about.

Le Creuset is heating things up for summer with a new spicy hue named Cayenne, of course named after one of our very favorite peppers. The deep fiery red will offer a beautiful pop of color to even the most neutral of kitchens and is now available at lecreuset.com and Le Creuset Signature stores.

While Le Creuset has done shades of red before and even an orange shade named Flame, this feels like a much more modern spin on the hue that will speak to the home cooks eager to bring new life into their kitchens.

The new colorway is available in a full range of products, from the signature round Dutch Oven, to the skillets and fry pans, to casserole and baking dishes.

As for what to make first in it, it feels only fair that it be something spicy. Perhaps a batch of Green Enchilada Pork Chili is in order?
