Celebrities Who Eat the Same Thing (Pretty Much) Every Day
At her home in Bedford, N.Y., the lifestyle guru treats all of the staff who tend to her estate to cappuccinos and breakfast every morning. The meals tend to vary—on one recent morning, Stewart made poached salmon with lemon juice—but the one constant is her signature drink. "We have green juice every morning, everybody drinks green juice because it's like power," Stewart told Katie Couric for her self-titled podcast." In it she uses spinach, celery, parsley, mint, and a piece of fruit—either pears, mango or papaya. "It's very good juice, everybody loves the juice," she says.
After attending culinary school, the actress invested in a bunch of fancy kitchen tools—but her all-time favorite tool is her Vitamix blender. "I use it every single day," Kelly told PEOPLE at a Dove Chocolate event. "Every morning I make my smoothie. I actually used to go buy the smoothie I'm now able to make." Inside her go-to drink, Kelly uses a vegetable-based protein powder, blueberries, ⅓ of a banana, crushed almonds and almond milk. "It feels very good making it myself," she says.
At the advice of her dermatologist, Dr. Harold Lancer, Beckham has incorporated omega-3-rich fish into her daily diet. "I used to have really problematic skin and he said to me, ‘You have to eat salmon every single day,’" she told The Edit. "I said, ‘Really, every day?’ And he said, ‘Yes. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, you have to eat it every single day.’”
"I have a garlic covered whole branzino a day. Sometimes two. I know. I can't stop. It's a problem," the model tweeted after a follower questioned her affinity for baked fish. And in case they didn't quite believe her, a few moments later Teigen provided evidence with a video of her mom serving her the go-to meal.
Despite her culinary chops, the Barefoot Contessa star keeps it simple in the mornings. “I’ve had the same thing for breakfast every single day for ten years: coffee and McCann’s quick-cooking Irish oatmeal,” she said. Other staples in her kitchen include “a bowl of lemons on the counter (and other citrus), butter, eggs, Parmesan cheese, and chocolate.”
JOSH DUHAMEL & FERGIE
The actor says that he and the “Life Goes On” singer always get powered up for their days with their favorite nutrient-rich smoothie. "It’s spinach, kale, celery, apple, banana, pear—we’ve literally made it every day for the past seven years and it’s just like energy in a glass,” he says. Get the full recipe HERE.
The resident Kardashian "health freak"—who's been showing off her killer bikini body in Cannes recently—swears by drinking ghee, a clarified butter, to keep her trim figure. “I have been eating it for years because my grandmother made it, not even knowing what it was,” Kardashian has said in the past. “Now I drink it every morning; I have one teaspoon. You melt it and you drink it first thing in the morning, and then you can’t eat or drink anything for twenty minutes after. It has to be the first thing in your stomach.” The benefits of a high-fat diet, like the popular Bulletproof Diet, include keeping you "lean, muscular, and energetic, plus help ward off disease and improve your mental sharpness," according to Health.
JESSIE JAMES DECKER
The country star knows when you have two kids under the age of five, getting breakfast on the table can be no easy feat. So the singer—and wife to New York Jets wide receiver Eric Decker—eats a very simple meal every morning: a slice of toast with butter. “I make Eric pick up from this little local place in Nashville that has really good honey whole wheat bread,” she told PEOPLE.
Because the actress likes to think of food as "fuel for my body" she has no problem sticking to the same dishes for multiple meals. "For lunch, I usually have salmon and rice or quinoa, and I try to include a salad," she told SHAPE. "I’ll eat the same thing for dinner. I’m a creature of habit in that way."
KYLIE JENNER & TYGA
"I make the same meal every morning because it’s amazing and it’s T’s favorite," says the reality star of her egg and rice scramble with a side of sausage. "He always asks for it!" Get the full recipe for her "Breakfast of Champions" here.
“My meal everyday,” the model captioned a photo of her plate with a half-eaten grilled cheese, cup of french fries and a little ketchup on the side. We should all be so lucky!
AYESHA & STEPHEN CURRY
On game day, dinner is always the same in the Curry household. “We have pasta, and I make the same sauce every time,” Ayesha saidof her go-to gravy from her cookbook, The Seasoned Life, made with San Marzano tomatoes and her own herbs and seasonings. “We’ll switch out the protein sometimes—ground chicken, ground turkey, ground beef, sometimes straight-up vegetarian—but, for Stephen, it’s all about the carbs. It’s just getting that pasta in.”
When it comes to feeding her family of five, the Food Network star's go-to is a hearty protein and flavorful roasted veggies. “We do two things almost every week — either grilled steaks marinated in herbs or roasted chicken,” she says. “There’s always a roasted vegetable, like Brussels sprouts or sweet potatoes or broccolini — whatever’s in season. I love to shop at the farmer’s market or grab something from the garden and roast that.”
The Jane the Virgin star says eating the same thing everyday forces her to eat healthier and saves her time on food shopping. “Since I don’t have much time to cook, I tend to cook in bulk and eat leftovers,” she shares. For meals throughout the week, Navedo will “blanch a bunch of broccoli and refrigerate to have on hand to sauté as needed.” Read her full daily food log here.
