1 thin slice of fresh ginger and 2 pineapple leaves (optional), for garnish
How to Make It
In a cocktail shaker, combine the brandy, mezcal, lemon juice, pineapple juice and Ginger Syrup. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well. Strain the drink into a chilled crushed-ice-filled collins glass and garnish with the ginger slice and pineapple leaves.
