This delicious cocktail is made with just three ingredients. At Trenchermen in Chicago, they mix in Kringle Cream, a nutty, sweet liqueur that includes Wisconsin cream; you can substitute Bailey’s Irish Cream instead.

1 1/2 ounces cold brewed coffee
1 ounce Kringle Cream or Irish cream liqueur, such as Bailey’s
1 ounce coffee liqueur, such as Kahlúa
How to Make It
In a cocktail shaker, combine the coffee with the cream and coffee liqueurs. Add ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and serve.
