How to Make It


In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime with 1 orange wheel and the Simple Syrup. Add ice cubes and the pisco, vermouth and orange juice; shake well. Strain into a crushed ice–filled rocks glass. Garnish with the orange wheel quarter.
