How to Make It
Spread caramel sauce over a small plate, then gently twist the rim of a martini glass in the caramel. Chill glass.
In a small saucepan, gently heat pear nectar, caramel and vanilla paste to dissolve. Transfer mixture to refrigerator to chill. In a mixing glass, stir tequila with 6 ice cubes and strain into a cocktail shaker with no ice. Stir in the pear nectar, strain into the caramel-rimmed martini glass and serve immediately.
