Tomato-Basil Pizza
Bobbi Brown and her sons often make pizzas with dough from their local pizza parlor. F&W's Melissa Rubel Jacobson created this version for Brown using an ultrahealthy topping with only a small amount of fresh mozzarella (1 ounce per serving) and lots of wonderful tomato sauce, which is rich in the cancer-fighting antioxidant lycopene.
