Mixologist Ivy Mix came up with the idea for this cocktail when she made herself some jasmine green tea with ginger and lemon to soothe a cold. She uses her own jasmine tea-infused vodka and tops off the drink with rosé Champagne “to give it an extra sparkle.” Slideshows: Champagne Cocktail Recipes

How to Make It


In a cocktail shaker, muddle the ginger with the Simple Syrup. Add the infused vodka, maraschino liqueur and lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled ice-filled wineglass, top with the Champagne and garnish with the lemon wheel.
