  • Ice

  • 2 ounces bourbon

  • 1/2 ounce añejo tequila

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

  • 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup

  • 1 lime wedge or a piece of prickly pear


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the bourbon, tequila, lime juice and Simple Syrup. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the lime wedge or prickly pear.
