Ingredients

  • 3 dashes of Angostura bitters

  • Ice

  • 1 1/2 ounces blended Scotch

  • 3/4 ounce dry Marsala

  • 3/4 ounce Aperol (bitter orange Italian aperitif)

  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

  • Dash of orange flower water

  • 1 orange twist

  • 1 mint leaf, smacked, for garnish

Directions

  1. Rinse a chilled coupe with the bitters. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twist and the mint leaf. Shake well, then strain into the prepared coupe. Pinch the twist over the drink, rub it around the rim of the glass and discard. Garnish with the mint leaf.
