Great Bloody Mary Recipes By Francesco Lafranconi Updated on March 30, 2015 Print Rate It Share Share Tweet Pin Email Yield: 1 drink Ingredients Dash of absinthe Ice 3/4 ounce cucumber vodka 3/4 ounce genever 1 1/2 ounces chilled Clamato juice 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice Pinch each of salt and freshly ground pepper Dash each of Worcestershire sauce and jalapeño hot sauce, more to taste 1 cucumber wheel and 1 dill sprig, for garnish Directions Rinse a chilled martini glass with the absinthe. Fill a pint glass with ice, then add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes and stir well.
