1/2 Granny Smith apple, chopped, plus 1 thin slice for garnish
1 teaspoon minced lemongrass
2 1/2 ounces coconut rum
1 ounce sour apple liqueur
How to Make It
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the chopped apple with the lemongrass. Fill the shaker with ice. Add the rum and sour apple liqueur and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the apple slice.
