This recipe was so well-balanced and had great flavor. For us it could use more heat from spicy peppers but for most I think it would be perfect. We did it out on the grill because it’s summer and we didn’t want to heat up our house and it worked perfectly. We set up a rack so that the sheet pan would be well above the gas heat and not resting on the grates. They took almost exactly the amount of time called for and flipping them every 10 minutes was the key to getting them crispy all around. We will definitely make them again!
Recipe is great. Came out delicious. Please stop trying to cultivate Frank's sauce sheep. It isn't the best. It's a hyped and overpriced choice out of many others which are better, not to mention it's ridiculously high sodium content. Tapatio or Crystal, for example.
