How to Make It


In a large skillet, cook the garlic in the olive oil over moderate heat until the garlic is light golden, about 6 minutes. Add the crushed red pepper and cook for 30 seconds. Add the spinach and cook over moderately high heat, tossing occasionally, until wilted, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
