This was delicious! The spices that you use beforehand come through even after the glaze which is wonderful. Since it is summer time and I did not want to turn on my oven I used my sous vide 5 hours at 155 degrees and it made them tender enough that I could put them on the barbecue for 20 minutes with a glaze and they came out delicious!!!
I was looking for a new/different rib recipe & this recipe was it. The rub is savory & flavors that I like. The glaze is not too sweet. However, it you like alot of glaze you may want to double the recipe. I have also used the rub on pork chops and chicken. All delish & a nice change -- this recipe has been added to my rib repertoire!! Would suggest giving this recipe a try, worth the results!
