This recipe has too much flour and not enough sugar (dry and cakey) and the icing is very bland. I like the spices. I'll be playing with the ratios, and instead of some water in the icing, I'll use a touch of vanilla and lemon, maybe some cinnamon. It was a mistake to refrigerate the dough. I couldn't even roll it afterward - it just broke and split, so I had to warm it in my hands and press into patties.
