  • Toss 3 cups of pecan halves with the melted unsalted butter. In a bowl, combine grated Parmesan, sweet paprika, curry powder, salt, dried thyme, cayenne and black pepper. Toss with the pecans. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for about 1 1/2 hours in a preheated 175° oven.
