This faintly sweet drink is made with a base of Mexican Agavero, the smoky tequila liqueur, and mixed citrus juices, then topped with cava, sparkling Spanish wine.

Moisten the outer rim of a martini glass with the lime wedge and coat lightly with sugar. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the remaining ingredients except the cava. Shake well, strain into the martini glass and top with the cava.
