Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari

  • 2 tablespoons warm water

  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallion greens

  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

  • 2 red or green serrano chiles, thinly sliced into rings

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and let stand for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop

Serve With
