Sour Cherry Puree

Use this fruit puree when making the Sour Cherry Fizz cocktail. Slideshows:  More Nonalcoholic Drinks

Ingredients

  • One 13-ounce jar sour cherry preserves

  • 2 ounces water

Directions

  1. In a blender, puree the sour cherry preserves with the water until smooth. Strain the puree into a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
