Don’t rush this cordial; our testers found it drinkable after 2 months but exponentially smoother after 3 months.
Used Montana Flathead Cherries, Bulleit Rye and a nice brandy. Smoked the cherries in my cold smoker. Put it all together in August and followed the directions to a tee.
