This is fantastic - a showstopper every time - and well worth the effort. To give it a little more muscle, I serve it on top of a small pool of soft polenta to ensure everyone is able to get every bit of the sauce!
The sauce is way better than expected. And it is only 5 ingredients. Not 14 as posted by another reviewer. ( The complete entree had 14 ingredients). Cheflora needed to pay a little more attention.
My F&W email touted "quick and easy sauces for fish". This sauce is 18 ingredients.
