Sausage and Black-Bean Burritos
These overstuffed burritos need little adornment, but if you like, top each one with a dollop of salsa, or with some jicama cut into matchsticks and tossed with lime juice and chile powder. Cut 1 pound of bacon crosswise into small strips. Fry until crisp and drain on paper towels. Proceed with the recipe from Step 2, substituting the bacon for the sausage.
