Salted Wonton Strips

 Delicious, Quick Side Dishes


  • Wonton skins

  • Oil

  • Flavored salt, like Spiced Salt, salt and pepper


  1. Brush one side of the wonton skins lightly with oil, cut into thin strips and toss in a flavored salt (see Spiced Salt or a simple mixture of salt and pepper. Spread the strips on a baking sheet and toast in a preheated 350° oven for 5 to 8 minutes, or until they are lightly browned and crisp.
