  • Ice

  • 2 ounces dry sake

  • 1 teaspoon finely grated, peeled ginger

  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice

  • 1 1/2 ounces Simple Syrup

  • 1 lemon wheel


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the sake, grated ginger, lemon juice and Simple Syrup and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the lemon wheel.
