There are a few things I did not like about this recipe. First, I would not use almond flour again and would look for recipe using only all purpose flour. I would not use 9" pan because the cake is pretty thin when doing that. I used 2 9" so I would not have to try and slice a cake from a springform pan. I would use a "dark" chocolate the next time and would do a normal ganache that is just chocolate and cream. I feel like the corn syrup added to the ganache made for a rubbery frosting that was hard to slice through even with a hot knife. I know it is a dense cake but feel like the almond flour added more to the denseness.Read More
