Thanks to Lapsang souchong tea, this iced drink is smoky and refreshing at the same time. It’s delicious hot or cold.

6 ounces boiling water
1 tablespoon Lapsang souchong tea leaves
5 saffron threads
2 whole cloves
1 tablespoon honey
1 lemon wedge, for garnish
How to Make It
In a heatproof measuring cup, combine the water, tea leaves, saffron and cloves. Let steep for 8 minutes. Stir in the honey until dissolved. Strain and let cool. Pour the drink into a chilled, ice-filled collins glass and garnish with the lemon wedge.
