In her vodka-fortified twist on a vintage gin drink called the Clover Club, Kathy Casey replaces the raspberry syrup with fresh raspberries and simple syrup and adds fragrant muddled rosemary. Glassware Guide    Garden-to-Glass Cocktails  

How to Make It


In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the rosemary. Add the vodka, gin, lemon juice, Simple Syrup, egg white and the 5 raspberries; shake well. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the skewered berries.
