I prepared the muffins exactly as written, and they were just OK/mediocre. They were very dry, despite cooking them for 4 minutes less than stated in the recipe. I felt like the crumble lacked flavor and tasted like flour only, was also WAY more than needed. The cream cheese filling tasted like egg to me. And I think the muffin lacked flavor, despite adding a little more spices than stated. Others that I shared them with, liked them.
