Yield:

1 drink

Ingredients

Ice
1 1/2 ounces bourbon
1/2 ounce Pommeau de Normandie (Calvados aged with apple juice)
2 ounces apple juice
1 thin green apple slice
1 small cantaloupe ball
1 small honeydew ball

Directions

Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the bourbon, Pommeau de Normandie and apple juice and stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the apple slice and melon balls skewered on a pick.
